Projects
The current project aims to construct 14 hangars designed for leisure aircraft parking. The objective is to establish structural parameters to define the scope of work for each hangar's construction. This includes detailed planning and design phases to ensure the efficient and safe construction of these facilities. The hangars will be tailored to accommodate leisure aircraft, incorporating specific structural elements and layout considerations to meet operational needs and safety standards. The project encompasses comprehensive structural engineering to support the construction of each hangar in accordance with established specifications and regulatory requirements.
Existing Situation
The wastewater and stormwater system in Fontanars dels Alforins faces significant issues, particularly with its combined sewer system that merges domestic wastewater and rainwater. Inspections revealed overflow points at two manholes, causing uncontrolled wastewater discharge into the environment.
Proposed Solution
Abandoning deteriorated sections of the combined sewer system from MH13 to MH16 and MH12 to MH13.
Constructing a new wastewater network from MH20 to MH17 along CV-6551 and another along Carrer Nou, connecting to the new network.
Installing a separate stormwater pipe along Carrer Nou, linking to a new well at MH13.
The project aims to model the drinking water network in Fontanars dels Alforins, with the primary objective of enhancing the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of the water supply for the community.
Specific goals include:
Evaluating Current Infrastructure: Assess the existing water network, including pipes, connections, and valves.
Detection of Deficiencies: Identify and document issues such as leaks, obstructions, and low water pressure.
Optimization of Resources: Use modeling to improve water and energy efficiency, reducing losses and costs.
Improvement of Water Pressure and Quality: Design solutions to ensure reliable water pressure and maintain high water quality.
Planning for Future Expansions: Plan for network expansions to meet future growth and development needs.
Sustainability and Resource Conservation: Promote sustainable water management practices to preserve resources and minimize environmental impact.
This project aims to enhance Sant Antoni Street by prioritizing pedestrian mobility and urban sustainability. The intervention seeks to create a safer, greener, and more accessible space for residents and visitors.
Key Improvements
Wider sidewalks to facilitate pedestrian movement and accessibility.
Reduced vehicle traffic to enhance safety and promote a pedestrian-friendly environment.
Green areas with native vegetation to improve aesthetics and environmental quality.
Upgraded signage for better orientation and traffic management.
New urban furniture including benches, waste bins, and energy-efficient lighting.
Benefits
This redevelopment will improve the quality of urban life, encourage sustainable mobility, and support local commerce. The transformation of Sant Antoni Street aligns with Fontanars dels Alforins' vision for a more inclusive, environmentally friendly, and people-centered urban space.
This project involves a comprehensive evaluation of the drinking water supply system in Atzeneta d’Albaida. The water supply in the locality is sourced from groundwater within the municipal area, exclusively serving the urban core.
Extensive calculations were conducted to assess the operational efficiency of the pumping station, ensuring it meets current flow and required height demands. Our main goal was to optimize performance, minimize losses, and maximize water supply efficiency. Additionally, a water hammer risk assessment was performed to ensure system integrity.
